online registration page. You may now register online for most
Special Services programs. Parents may only register their own
children residing in their household.

If you are a first time user to this site:
To register online you must know your Household Number.
If you have been in a Farmington Hills Special Services
activity before, your Household Number can be located on a
past receipt from our department. Your password is your Head
of Household’s last name.
If you DO NOT know your Household Number, e-mail our

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
If you are a new user, e-mail our office (click here to

28600 W. 11 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills, MI 48336,
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. You will be required to
verify residency.
General Online Registration Information:
You will receive an e-mail copy of your receipt. Always
print a copy and bring it with you to the first class for
activity/program verification.
For your reference, please consult the Special Services
Activities Brochure for complete program information and
activity numbers. We reserve the right to update the
class/activity cost if there is any inaccurate information
on the web site.

MasterCard.

Important Notes:
There is a $30 fee for all charge, check and debit
transactions returned for non-payment.
A $10 service fee will be charged per person, per
transaction for each customer requested refund. Please consult the Special Services Activities
Brochure for complete refund details.
