Junior Naturalist Club at Heritage Park

Enrich your child’s natural curiosity and encourage physical activity in the outdoors through this hands-on environmental awareness program.  Children will explore a different topic each month and gain an understanding of the natural world and their important role in helping protect it.  They will also get to touch, smell, see, and hear all aspects of the natural world.  Winter themes are:

Feb 10          Owls
Mar 10          Maple Sugaring                                   
 
The Junior Naturalist club meets from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for ages 5 to 11.  The program is designed as a drop-off class.  Please dress your child for the weather and exploring outdoors.  Class meets inside the Nature Center.
 
The fee is $10 per class.  Register online at https://recreg.fhgov.com or at the Costick Center.  Walk-ins welcome, but space is limited.
