Greek Islands Bar & Grill Now Open at the Farmington Hills Golf Club

As warm weather arrives and the days grow longer, the Greek Islands Bar & Grill at the Farmington Hills Golf Club is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a good meal.  Whether sitting on the inviting patio overlooking the golf course or hanging out in the cozy interior of the restaurant and bar, the Greek Islands is sure to please both golfers and community members.
 
Gearing up for their sixth season, owners George Stefanakis and Kathy Zervos are excited to reunite with golfers from the leagues, see devoted regulars, and welcome new faces.  The owners have watched business grow every year because the food is excellent, the prices are right, and the beer and wine are plentiful.
 
The menu includes Greek specialties and all-American favorites, along with a full service bar.  Specialties include gyros, spinach pie, moussaka, and saganaki, as well as burgers, seafood, steaks, and a full breakfast menu served anytime.  Vegetarian selections, a kids’ menu, and a full carry-out menu are also available.  Almost all items are made in-house, including the soups and signature yogurt sauce.  The Greek Islands also offers daily specials and an All-You-Can-Eat Fish Fry on Fridays.
 
If you’re looking for a place to throw a party, consider hosting it at Greek Islands Bar & Grill, with full-service catering available both on and off the premises.  Founder and co-owner George Stefanakis has over 20 years of experience serving some of the best Greek food and coneys in metro Detroit, with locations in Birmingham, Plymouth, and West Bloomfield.  Co-owner Kathy Zervos adds a wealth of knowledge from her background in the catering side of the business.
 
With a country club atmosphere and golf d├ęcor, the Greek Islands caters to the business crowd with fast weekday lunches, and also hosts golf outings and private parties at the restaurant.  “We’re here to take care of our golfers, both leagues and individuals, as well as residents from surrounding communities,” said Kathy Zervos.  “We accommodate all of our customers and make sure they leave happy.”
