Job Description:

Performs a variety of specific tasks in support of the accounts payable function; including matching invoices to P.O.'s, maintaining the vendor database file, mailing and distributing vendor payments, and maintaining related fixed asset and project accounting files. Assists the Accounting Division with clerical and other related tasks. Backs-up and assists the Account Technician position, with accounts payable duties. Processes Passport Applications. Other assignments as assigned by the Controller.

Compensation

$33,315 - $39,105
